The Göteborg Opera, hosting approximately 350 performances annually for a quarter of a million visitors, approached us with a need for a complete website overhaul.
Our journey began with in-depth interviews involving key stakeholders, dedicated employees, and valued end-customers. We then conducted a dynamic Brand Context workshop, expertly charting the course for diverse sections of the website, ensuring alignment with The Göteborg Opera's unique identity. In response to the Opera's desire for a visually captivating experience, we introduced personal shows, each distinguished by its distinct color palette. This innovative approach not only added vibrancy but also made it easier for visitors to identify and connect with their desired performances.
Brand Experience Workshop. The purpose of the workshop is to develop guidelines for design, function, communication, copy and tonality in different parts of the visitors' contact and experience of The Göteborg Opera.
